Energy Performance Certificates (EPC'S)
EPC’S are now legally required for nearly all properties which are marketed for sale or rental.
Our Director Jon Williams is a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor which means that we can carry out EPC’S for all types of property across South Devon. We are able to complete the EPC without the delays often associated with using a third party company.

1. Haldons Construction Consultants. Haldons Ltd, based in Torquay, can offer a wide range of property related services to our clients. As well as being Chartered Building Surveyors, undertaking RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Condition Surveys they can also offer quantity surveying and architectural services (planning applications and building regulations) to anyone who may be considering an extension, loft conversion, refurbishment or new build. Conveyancing
Williams Hedge Estate Agent will be please to recommend established, reputable and professional local firms who specialise in conveyancing (the legal process involved when selling a property). We do not use large factory style firms who are often located many miles away and who are impossible to visit personally. We prefer to use local firms who deal with each client on an individual basis and who are available for personal appointments when required.

Probate Property Service
Williams Hedge Estate Agents offer a professional Probate Property service advising the executor of the Estate on all property related matters.
We will provide a fully impartial valuation and advise on the correct marketing strategy which could involve ‘sale by private treaty’, this is the most conventional form of sale or it may be appropriate to consider alternative forms of selling such as by Auction, Open Home or informal or formal tender. We will always explain our advice in a clear and concise way, listen to your requirements and liaise closely with solicitors and family if appropriate.
